Our most popular dismantling plans among clients is Nose cut dismantling plan. I this plan, our staff will recover the following parts with the conditions below. Used engine is collected separated from the nose of the CKD. Other basic used auto parts would be collected under this plan.
In the 2020 sales record of Kaiho, about 65% of cars were dismantled as nose cuts plans. Following this method, you can save the container space and take your profitable items as many as possible in a container. For nosecut dismantling plans cost is 35,000JPY/CKD.

Half cut dismantling plan
Half cut dismantling plan
2nd most popular dismantling plans among customers is half cut dismantling plan. I this plan, our staff will recover the following parts with the conditions below. Used engine is in a half cut body.
In 2020 sales record of Kaiho, about 10% of cars were dismantled as half cut plans. Following this plan, you can save the container space and take your profitable items as many as possible in a container. For Half cut dismantling plans cost is 20,000JPY/CKD.

Other car dismantling examples
Not only the “Nose cut” or “Half cut” dismantling plans, we can provide other types of dismantling plans to meet our clients expectations. We will share with you the sample of the dismantling plans so far we have provided to our clients in the worlds.
Sample1. Body shell
With this dismantling plan, used engines and suspensions are dropped down from a CKD and we do not cut any part of the car. Once the clients receive the goods, they will assemble dropped down used engines and suspensions as it was as complete car. Almost all the used auto parts would be collected under this plan.
Sample2. Rear side cut
With this dismantling plan, the rear side of the car is cut and export to the client place. Most of the clients purchase these goods when their car got crushed at the rear side of the car and damaged. They will weld the damaged car part with it. If you want to take used engines and auto parts, we can collect them separately.
Sample3.roof cut
Not so many cases we have for this dismantling plans, but clients purchase this goods in case the car got an accident and spined out or any things hit the car from the top (snowfall etc), then got damage on the roof part. Most of the client will take used engines and auto parts from the car too.
