How to sign up for the KTN Auction

To join the KTN Auction, you need to sign up for the auction first.
You can sign up for the auction free of charge. Registration is very easy.
The following are the steps to sign up for the auction.

Online registration

Firstly, please visit our auction site below and fill in the sign up form:
https://www.kra-auction.com/bidder/signup

Fill in all the required fields and set your password to log into your member page.
Regarding the “Join the venues” field, please select “Kaiho Truck Net Auction (KTN)”.
At least the fields with red color must be filled in.
Be sure to read the Agreement contract, put a check on “I have READ and AGREED with the agreement contract.”, then click the “Sign up” button.

Then, an automatic email will be sent to your registered email address soon. Please open the email and click the URL link in the email to complete the registration.

Documents submission

After the online registration, please email us at ktn@kaiho.co.jp with the following documents for screening:

Copy of your corporate registration or identification document (driver license, passport, or residence card etc.)
Copy of your corporate business card.
Copy of your secondhand dealer license (customers in Japan only)
